ادانت اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان الإعتداءات الأخيرة على قطاع غزّة والذي أودى عشرات القتلى والجرحى في صفوف المدنيين العزّل، بالإضافة الى سقوط أبنية عالية على رؤوس قاطنيها.
وأشار مكتب مفوّض الشرق الأوسط الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد ان “الكيان الإسرائيلي” يتعمّد القساوة في القصف على المدنيين خصوصا بعد التظاهرات السلمية نهار الجمعة المطالبة بحق العيش الكريم والعودة الى أراضيهم المسلوبة من قبل السلطات الإسرائيلية، وهذا امر يجب إيجاد الحلول له والعمل على إلزام والضغط على الحكومة الإسرائيلية بُغية الأعتراف بحقوق الفلسطينيين.
وختم البيان بالطلب من المحافل الدولية والعربية التحرك بأسرع وقت ممكن لوقف قساوة العدوان على الشعب الفلسطيني وإيجاد الحلول الجذرية وعدم الإكتفاء بالبيانات التي تندد فعل الكيان الإسرائيلي وإنما وضع هذا الأخير ضمن خيارات صعبة من أجل الرضوخ للحقوق.
